Because of the growing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we’ve introduced a secure booking deposit system to serve serious guests more efficiently.

 

Why We Require a Deposit

Each service requires personalized setup, preparation, and product allocation (especially for facials and PhiRemoval).

 

When a guest doesn’t show up, it not only affects our schedule — it also prevents another
client from booking that spot. To maintain the quality and attention you expect, we now require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

 

Deposit Amounts

• Facials / Body Scrub / Skincare Services: $50 deposit
• PhiRemoval / Brow Services: $100 deposit
This deposit will be credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty — your deposit simply moves with your
appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
• Repeat no-shows may be asked for full prepayment on future bookings.
