I hate my new microblading — how soon can it be removed?

Not immediately — but sooner than most people fear. Fresh microblading needs to finish its initial healing, usually six to eight weeks, before removal can begin safely. The right move today is a photo assessment, so a plan is ready the moment your skin is.
Why waiting protects your skin
Microblading leaves thousands of fine channels in the skin that need time to close and settle. Working over skin that is still healing risks irritation, uneven lifting and scarring — the opposite of what you want. Once the area has fully healed, removal works on a stable surface and the result is cleaner and more predictable.
There is one honest consolation in the wait: fresh, single-layer pigment that has never been covered up is often among the more responsive work to remove. Newly disliked microblading is usually a better starting point than a brow that has been worked over three times.

Do not book a cover-up in a panic. Adding a darker layer over work you already dislike puts more pigment into skin that may later need all of it removed. Skip home remedies too — salt scrubs, peels and fading creams irritate the surface without reaching the pigment evenly.
