Why a deposit?

Aileen's Beauty is a private, appointment-only studio — each visit is a one-guest reservation, and your room, products and treatment plan are prepared before you arrive. Deposits were introduced because of a growing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, so that serious clients can book available time slots. Your deposit is not an extra fee: it is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

The deposit

A $100 deposit is required to book, handled through our official booking system using encrypted payment methods — never third-party cash apps. Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit is never lost when you keep your reservation: it is credited toward your service total on the day of your appointment, and if your plans change it moves with you to a new date.

Rescheduling

Life happens — reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit simply moves with your appointment, at no penalty. Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule; further date changes require a new deposit.

Cancellations & no-shows

Because your appointment reserves the studio exclusively for you, bookings are non-refundable once made. Cancelling, rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, or not arriving forfeits the deposit. Repeat no-shows may be asked for full prepayment on future bookings.
